Terms of Service
These terms describe the current Frinly prototype and the commitments that need final review before launch.
Guest access
Frinly is designed for quick guest chat without a public user login. Guest setup is temporary and local to the browser in this prototype. Chat requires a self-declared age of 18 or older, and public launch still requires final age-policy approval and real production safeguards.
Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, threaten, spam, scam, impersonate, expose private details, use fake camera feeds, share explicit content, or behave sexually toward strangers. The full community rules apply to every chat.
Reports and moderation
Guests can report unsafe chats. Admin tools are hidden from public navigation and are intended for safety review. Moderation decisions require human review and written notes. Temporary-ban enforcement remains disabled until the operating policy, appeal, retention, and launch gates are approved.
Ban appeals
When Frinly displays a temporary-ban reference, the guest can submit it through the public appeal page. An appeal enters a separate human review queue and never automatically revokes or shortens a ban.
Advertising
Frinly may show clearly identified advertising on setup or unmatched waiting screens after provider, consent, policy, and privacy approval. Advertising is excluded from active chats and safety or admin workflows. Guests must not manipulate ad interactions, and Frinly does not promise that an ad will always be available.
Changes before launch
Frinly policy, privacy, safety, retention, and moderation terms must stay aligned with actual product behavior. Retention cleanup and ban enforcement remain unavailable until the relevant owner, legal, audit, and operating reviews are complete.
